David Carlson:

David retired from the Salem, OR Police Department with the rank of Sergeant after 34 years of service. While at Salem PD, he supervised the Personnel and Training Unit for over 7 years. He has experience in Patrol, K-9, Training, Recruiting, Internal Affairs, Field Training and Evaluation, FTEP Program Management, Background Investigations and Bomb Squad.  David is a state certified instructor in a variety of disciplines including:

Supervision and Leadership
Internal Affairs Investigations
Pre-employment Background Investigations
Explosives and Hazardous Materials
State and Local instructor for Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms

As a trainer and retired supervisor of a law enforcement training unit, David understands the need for accurate documentation of training records, personnel information and other records which are readily accessible and can be called up in a variety of reporting formats.

Adam Kinch:

Adam Kinch has worked in Law Enforcement technology for over 20 years.  Adam has developed many applications, utilities, and reports to assist Law Enforcement personnel in getting the information they need to do their job.
